Hi if you have already booked a stay through RCI and you need to make arrangements for your airport transfer to resort below is the email address

Alternatively, they should call 809-970-7777 and ask for the RCI Representative

For return transfer back to airport you contact vip services at least 2 days befroe you return so they can arrange it , when booking through RCI you will have to pay for return transport

If you have booked through us we do it all for you and its free both ways from Puerto Plata Int. Airport
