First you contact us via e-mail with your accommodation preference and the time or dates you desire. Please inform us of number of guest and if any are children ages 3 through 12 or if children are under 3 as children have reduced all-inclusive fees
We will contact you back and check availability with resort and notify you of results. Once availability is confirmed the accommodation is available for a few days if booking is delayed over a few days we will need to reconfirm availability
Once availability is confirmed you should check with airlines to confirm flights are available for your desired dates of travel.
Then you let us know if you want to proceed with booking.
If then you desire to proceed with booking we will need name of lead guest traveling to resort photo ID will be needed for checkin.
We will send rental agreement. you fill out and send back. .
Then you submit payment of rental fees only through PayPal ( the all-inclusive fees are paid to resort at time of checkin )
We then send booking to resort and send you a confirmation. At this point booking is locked in.
The resort process the booking ( takes a day or two unless occurs on weekends ) and sends booking number and booking confirmation to us and we send to you .
Then we will need your flight info so we can arrange for your airport transfers
Once you arrive at resort you will need to contact VIP services via phone in room as to your return times for flight back home, this can be done at anytime during stay but should be completed 2 days prior to departure , transportation will be free of charge but you will need to verify times with them.
We will also provide you with phone numbers and contacts for customer service as well as our cell phone numbers should you need further assistance.
